Several years ago I was siting across from the company owner and he told me…

"Your goal is that all of our employees are fully engaged."

I remember how I was taken aback by that statement. 

I thought, 
How is that possible?
Is that eve a reasonable expectation for him to give me?
Several years later, I have a new perspective. 

I learned that he was right in concept but not how he was demanding it of me at the time. 

It is possible.
It is reasonable.
There’s not a magic formula. .

I finally get it. I see it differently.

Because I see it now through a lens of EXECUTION excellence…
